Vacuum Sealers & Supplies
Vacuum Sealers are a great way to store food. Vacuum packing food before storing in the fridge or freezer will allow it to last approximately three to five times longer than storing wrapped with plastic wrap or in a container.*
Using a vacuum sealer to vacuum pack food after it has been dehydrated (dried) increases its storage life considerably.*
Why? When food is packaged with a vacuum sealer it can no longer come in contact with oxygen which inhibits the growth of some bacteria and other microorganisms that cause food to spoil. Thus extending the storage life of food.*
